Is a 212-powered mini bike as quick as a QS120 e-bike?

Is a 212-powered mini bike as quick as a QS120 e-bike? Changed out the gear ratio on the Tillotson 212e-powered Doodlebug minibike to see if I could get the bike to run quicker than the Predator 212-powered Coleman cc100x minibike and the QS120-powered Mega Moto 80/105 minibike.
